Ford has opened up Employee Pricing to every U.S. customer through July 6, 2026 — no employer requirement, no rebate to mail in, no haggling. The price you see is the price a Ford Motor Company employee would pay. At Frank Fletcher Ford in Joplin, we also have Lifetime Powertrain Warranty available on eligible new gas Ford vehicles.
The Program
What "Employee Pricing for All" actually means.
Ford is celebrating America's 250th anniversary with its American Value. For American Values. program, and the takeaway is simple: every U.S. customer can buy a qualifying new Ford at the same price an FMC employee would pay — well below MSRP — printed up front on the window.
This is different from Ford's standing A/Z Plan, which is a year-round program limited to actual Ford employees, family members, and approved corporate partners. Employee Pricing for All is the same kind of pricing offered to everyone, but only during this nine-week window.
Why this matters in the Four States
Our F-150, Maverick, and Explorer inventory turns fast — especially the configurations buyers in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas tend to want (4x4, tow packages, third row). The program runs through July 6, but the truck or SUV you want may not. If a specific build matters to you, lock it in early or let our team locate it for you.

Do I need to work for Ford to qualify for Employee Pricing?
No. That's the entire point of "for All." Every U.S. customer is eligible from May 1 through July 6, 2026, regardless of employer. The separate A/Z Plan is the year-round program with the strict eligibility rules — Employee Pricing for All is open to everyone for these nine weeks.
How much can I actually save?
Savings vary by model, trim, and configuration — anywhere from a few hundred dollars on a base unit to several thousand on a loaded F-150, Expedition, or Super Duty. Call us at (417) 429-4495 and we'll give you the exact program price on any specific VIN before you commit to anything.
Can I combine Employee Pricing with my trade-in?
Yes. Your trade-in value applies on top of the Employee Price, exactly the way it would apply on top of MSRP on any other deal. Equity is equity.
Can I stack other Ford incentives on top of Employee Pricing?
Sometimes. Bonus cash, conquest cash, military and first responder programs, and college grad rebates may stack depending on the specific unit and program rules. The only way to know for sure is to run it on the actual VIN — give us a call and we'll do that in a couple minutes.
Does Employee Pricing apply if I lease or finance?

Coverage includes the engine, transmission, and drive axle assemblies for as long as you own the vehicle, with no mileage cap. Hybrid and electric models (Mach-E, Lightning, hybrid F-150, hybrid Maverick, hybrid Escape) are not eligible and carry Ford's standard factory powertrain coverage instead. Which vehicles are excluded?
Excluded models include the Raptor lineup (F-150 Raptor, Raptor R, Ranger Raptor, 2026 Bronco Raptor), Mustang GTD, Shelby GT500, Mach 1, 2026 Mustang Dark Horse SC, 2026 Bronco Stroppe Edition, 2026 Super Duty Lariat / King Ranch / Platinum, F-450 and F-550 chassis cab and stripped chassis builds, Transit Wagon, and final pay units of 2025 Escape, Explorer, Corsair, and Nautilus.
Will Ford extend the program past July 6?
Possibly, but no extension has been announced and we wouldn't bank on one. Last year's similar promotion was extended twice, which is the only reason the question comes up — but the program is currently scheduled to end July 6, 2026, and inventory will tighten well before that on popular configurations.
I live in Kansas / Oklahoma / Arkansas. Can I still buy with Employee Pricing at Frank Fletcher Ford?
Absolutely. Employee Pricing is a national Ford program — it applies regardless of which state you live in. We regularly handle out-of-state titling and registration for buyers across the Four States. Tell us where the vehicle is being registered and we'll handle the paperwork.
Is the Employee Price the final price, or are there add-ons?
The Employee Price is the program price on the vehicle before your trade-in, financing, and any additional Ford offers that may stack. Standard tax, title, license, and applicable doc fees still apply at signing — those are state and county requirements, not dealership add-ons. We don't tack on accessory packs or theft etch.
